Owner of High Desert Ravelco - saved by the plug!

Early Saturday morning, August 4, 2007...

"Someone tried to steal my truck this morning" said Chris Brahs, owner of Albuquerque, New Mexico High Desert Ravelco.

"Well they sure did give it a gallant effort. Tore up the interior pretty bad and only got away with a couple of compact disks and my cell phone charger. I am pretty mad but I still have my truck. Today I was woken up by my neighbor at 6:33 AM. I opened the door and she yelled “they tried to steal your truck and it is in the middle of the street”. I went out to assess the damages and grabbed my digital camera and called the cops. The cops came out pretty fast (comparatively speaking about an hour) and then took a report, then crime scene showed up and tried to get prints. I have to say THANK YOU RAVELCO for protecting my truck!! Since becoming a distributor for Ravelco this last winter, I now have FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE with someone trying to steal my truck. I know first hand that the system works and I am so happy that I have my truck. I can handle paying for the repairs of the dash, door and steering column and grateful that my truck is still here.
